Two ways. Your membership, and the pros in our network pay us a small fee to be part of it. You never pay that fee, it never shows up on your bill, and we never mark up a quote. You always pay the pro directly, at the price you approved.

No. If you already have a plumber or landscaper you love, keep them. We'll coordinate with them the same way. For everything else, we'll bring someone we trust.

Our side of the work: finding pros, getting and comparing quotes, booking and rescheduling, following up, keeping your yearly maintenance on the calendar, and keeping every bill, warranty and record for your house in the app. The pros' own work is quoted separately and you pay them directly.

No. You can upload the inspection from when you bought, snap a few photos of your systems, or just start. If you're not sure what shape the house is in, we can line up a licensed inspector; that's paid to them directly.

Any time, with 30 days' notice. Yearly members get back the unused part of the year; monthly members just aren't charged again.

Local companies we've worked with and know show up. Licensed and insured where the job calls for it. If one lets you down, tell us; we keep track of how every pro does.

For bigger jobs, yes, and we put them side by side so you can compare apples to apples. For small routine visits we usually go straight to the pro we trust most for that job.

The pro who does the work stands behind it. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll chase it down with them until it's fixed.

For a gas smell, fire, or anything dangerous, call 911 or your utility first. Then message the Concierge and we'll get the right pro moving.
